Description of MBBR :
MBBR packing is a microbial carrier used in MBBR Process, which is mainly to provide a suitable environment for the growth of microorganisms.
MBBR filler is a new type of bioactive carrier, which adopts scientific formula. According to the different nature of sewage, it is composed of a variety of microelements which are conducive to the rapid attachment and growth of microorganisms in polymer materials. After special process modification and construction, MBBR filler has the advantages of large specific surface area, good hydrophilicity, high bioactivity, fast film hanging, good treatment effect and long service life.

Biological treatment conditions:
Anaerobic tank: Banana agitator is used to rotate the tank body at a low speed, so that the filler can form a fluid in the tank body.
Aerobic tank: through continuous aeration. More aeration can shorten the time needed for biological treatment.
Water retention time: the longer the wastewater stays in the reaction tank, the more thorough the treatment. However, when the COD of sewage is relatively low, the treatment efficiency will also decline.
Water temperature: generally, the biological activity is relatively high. When the water temperature drops below 12 ℃, the treatment capacity can be maintained by increasing the aeration capacity.
Aeration capacity: the increase of aeration is beneficial to the rapid growth of heterologous organisms and the denitrification of inner denitrifying bacteria.
